Kit Jenks, COB – Chief Officer of
Behavior
Kit is a 7 year old yellow Labrador
Retriever, from San Ramon, CA. Her grandfather was the
Purina Dog Show Champion the year she was born. Kit is a
graduate of a 3 day Clicker Training Workshop and
is looking forward to helping to train new dogs. Kit’s
role is to conduct an interview of our guests prior to
their stay for boarding or daycare. Kit will evaluate
all canines looking for those social skills, such as
playing well with others, sharing toys, and just plain
fun to being around. Of course current shot records are
a must.
Cody Jenks, CEO – Chief
Entertainment Officer
Cody is a 2 year old Labrador
White Boxer mix. Born in Susanville, CA, he was adopted
at 8 weeks old from High Sierra Rescue in Portola, CA.
Cody’s responsibility will be to monitor the games and
all playtime activities both indoors and outdoors. He
will teach others how to play keep away, soccer, and
hide and seek. Playground safety is his first and
foremost priority.
Carson Jenks, CFO – Chief
Facilities Officer
Carson is a 9 month old Black
Labrador adopted at 9 weeks old from High Sierra Rescue
in Portola, CA . Carson will ensure that the kennel is
running efficiently, such as water in all bowls, meals
served at the appropriate time and all kennel techs are
performing their jobs efficiently. He will also pick the
nightly movie shown in the suites.
Stella Jenks, COS
Chief Officer of Security and Safety
Stella is 8 years old. We rescued her from the
Humane Society Truckee Tahoe, where she had been
surrender by her former owner. Stella, a celebrity
in her own right is a Red Rock Hound, trained to
hunt coyote and mountain lions. She is now retired
and part owner of the kennel making sure that all
guests are safe and secure.
