Reservations
are
Required for all Services.
To make a reservation, you can call and speak with
one of our Reservation Specialists or you may
request a reservation on-line using one of the
following forms..

Please be aware that
your reservation is not confirmed until you
receive a response from us regarding your request.
A credit card (is required to hold all reservations).
For first time boarders, we will need to
speak to you by phone prior to confirming your
reservation so please be sure to include your phone
number.

Lodging Rates:
Dog lodging as low as $22.95
per night. Cat
lodging as low as $22
per night.

available for your pet. There is a three night
minimum stay during the Thanksgiving and Christmas

Pet Lodge
Hours
- Open 7 days per week,
8:00am - 6:00pm (except Christmas and Thanksgiving).
Early or Late Drop-Off is available 7:00am - 8:00am
and 6:00pm - 9:00pm by pre-arrangement only for an
additional $20. Early/Late drop off not
available for first-time guests.
Advance Reservations
- Please reserve your pet’s stay as far in
advance as possible. During holiday
periods, summer, and weekends
during ski season we often fill up
several weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy -
During normal business periods, we ask for
three (3) days notice for cancellations.
For peak and holiday times, we request two
(2) week cancellation notice. For
cancellations within these timeframes, a $50
charge may be required.
Vaccination Requirements
for lodging and day care:
Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella. Please
note that vets recommend that the
Bordetella vaccination be administered
at least 7 days prior to
your dog’s
visit.
Cats: Rabies and FVRCP
Please be sure all of your pet’s
vaccinations are up to date before
arriving in the Tahoe area! It can be
very difficult
to arrange last minute
vet visits and we would hate to have to
turn your pet away for not having its
complete vaccination records.
Spay/Neuter Policy
No females in season or
within 30 days of a heat
cycle will be admitted for
the safety of all guests.
Any female who appears to be
coming into heat during her
visit will need to be picked
up immediately, and you will
be charged for the remainder
of her scheduled visit. Un-spayed and un-neutered
dogs will not be integrated
into playgroups. While we
recognize that unaltered
dogs are usually excellent
with other dogs, their
sexual status can have an
undesirable effect on group
chemistry which poses a risk
not only to other dogs but
to your dog as well.
Breed Exclusions While we do not
discriminate based on breed, it has been our
experience that wolf hybrids do not do well
in an all suites environment and therefore
we do not accept wolf hybrids.
Belongings
You may bring
toys or bedding from home that you think might help
your pet be more comfortable during their stay, but
please be aware that these items can occasionally be
misplaced. We recommend not leaving any
special items for which you would be disappointed to
not get back.
Meals and Special Diets
You are welcome to provide your pet's own food or
your dog or cat can enjoy our house food.
We are proudly now serving:
Premium Natures Select as
our canine house food. It is a
100% natural pet food:
using whole meats, whole
ground rice and natural
preservatives like Vitamin C
& E and Rosemary extract.
No by-products, corn, wheat
or chemical preservatives in

Cats
enjoy Iams Cat Food as our
standard feline house food.
Unused portions of food, treats, chewies,
etc will not be returned so please pack
your dog’s provisions accordingly. If you are providing your pet's food, please package individual
portions in zip lock bags and only enough
for your pet's visit as extra food will not
be returned. We can prepare
any kind of special diet, and have a
refrigerator and microwave available.
Meals can be served up to four times per
day.
Medications We can administer medications.
There is
a $2.49 charge per administration for basic
medication administration. Special or
extensive medication regimens will be
charged at a higher (to be determined) daily rate. Please pack all medications separately
and do not put medications in your
dog’s food. We will
happily administer vitamins at no extra
charge as long as they can be placed in your
dog or cat’s regular food.
